北京第二外國語學(xué)院中瑞酒店管理學(xué)院是經(jīng)教育部批準(zhǔn),實(shí)施本科層次學(xué)歷教育的全日制普通高等學(xué)校,是一所始終專注于高端酒店管理人才培養(yǎng)的應(yīng)用型本科大學(xué),是中國旅游飯店業(yè)協(xié)會副會長單位,中國唯一獲得瑞士洛桑酒店管理學(xué)院學(xué)術(shù)認(rèn)證的本科大學(xué)。學(xué)院于2008年成立,只開設(shè)酒店管理一個(gè)專業(yè),目前在校生近4000人,已成為國際高端品牌酒店首選招聘高校。

旅游業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略性支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),截至2014年9月,全國共有星級飯店11687家,其中四星級酒店2361家,五星級酒店739家,客房總數(shù)153萬間,固定資產(chǎn)原值5017億元,營業(yè)總收入2292多億元,旅游飯店業(yè)已成為中國旅游業(yè)乃至整個(gè)服務(wù)領(lǐng)域中開放程度最深、產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模最大、國際化程度最高、綜合效益最好的業(yè)態(tài)之一。為適應(yīng)中國日益增長的酒店業(yè)對中高級管理人才的需求,以及在全球范圍內(nèi)增強(qiáng)學(xué)院畢業(yè)生的競爭能力,學(xué)院在結(jié)合中國國情和學(xué)生特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,全面引進(jìn)瑞士洛桑酒店管理學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)模式,走出一條“洛桑模式中國化”的道路。

【培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和就業(yè)方向】

本專業(yè)突出培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的應(yīng)用能力和職業(yè)精神。培養(yǎng)具有國際化視野,勝任酒店產(chǎn)業(yè)中高級職位的專業(yè)管理人才。學(xué)生畢業(yè)后可在酒店、餐飲、航空、會所、郵輪、會展等旅游行業(yè)工作,或在其它服務(wù)行業(yè)(如金融、醫(yī)療、零售、客運(yùn)等)從事相關(guān)工作。

【主要課程】

住宿管理、餐飲服務(wù)原理、餐飲服務(wù)應(yīng)用、食品制作原理、食品制作應(yīng)用、飲料知識、節(jié)事與MICE管理、安全與危機(jī)管理、工程與設(shè)備管理、市場營銷學(xué)、人力資源管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理、收益管理、戰(zhàn)略管理、應(yīng)用溝通學(xué)、過敏學(xué)與營養(yǎng)學(xué)、機(jī)構(gòu)與大眾餐飲服務(wù)、創(chuàng)業(yè)與中小企業(yè)管理等。

【專業(yè)特色】

學(xué)院的整體規(guī)劃、師資、教學(xué)設(shè)施配備全部圍繞酒店專業(yè)設(shè)置,與酒店行業(yè)同步。校內(nèi)教學(xué)酒店按一流酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì),真實(shí)運(yùn)營,設(shè)有中餐廳、西餐廳、客房、宴會廳、演示廚房和酒吧等,學(xué)生既要上課也要運(yùn)營酒店,教師既要授課也要管理酒店。課程設(shè)計(jì)立足于酒店行業(yè),由初級到高級,教學(xué)內(nèi)容涵蓋服務(wù)技能、管理科學(xué)和酒店文化。

通過四年的學(xué)習(xí)和實(shí)踐,學(xué)生逐步掌握初級服務(wù)技能,積累運(yùn)營管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備綜合應(yīng)用能力。第三學(xué)期運(yùn)營實(shí)習(xí)和第六學(xué)期管理實(shí)習(xí),檢驗(yàn)和豐富階段性學(xué)習(xí)成果。學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)期滿,成績合格者,可獲得畢業(yè)證書、學(xué)位證書以及由中瑞酒店管理學(xué)院和瑞士洛桑酒店管理學(xué)院校長合簽的學(xué)術(shù)認(rèn)證證書。

The tourism industry is a strategic pillar of China’s national economy. According to the statistics published in September 2014, there are currently a total of 11,687 Star-Hotels in China, amongst which 2,361 are four-star hotels and 739 are five-star ones. Room availability reaches 1.53 million and the original value of fixed assets is 501.7 billion yuan with a total income of more than 229.2 billion yuan. The hotel industry has become one of the most important areas of China’s tourism industry and even service industry as a whole. It’s also one of the most open industries in China. In order to meet the growing demands for hotel senior management talent in China, and to enhance the competitiveness of BHI graduates globally, BHI has adapted EHL’s teaching model to create the "China-EHL model".

【Objective Employability Direction】

The program develops the application competency and professionalism of students, preparing them with an international outlook to be qualified managerial talent in the hospitality industry.

Graduates are capable of starting their career in numerous tourism fields such as the hotel, catering, aviation, clubs, cruises, convention and exhibition management, or engaged in other service industries (such as finance, healthcare, retail, transportation etc.) .

Accommodation Management, Food Beverage Service Theory, Food Beverage Service Application, Principles of Food Production, Food Production, Beverage Knowledge, Event MICE Management, Security Risk Management, Engineering Facility Management, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Finance Management, Revenue Management, Strategic Management, Communication Application, Allergy Nutrition, Institutions Public Catering Services, Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management.

【Unique Professionalism】

The infrastructure of BHI from faculty to design is based on the hospitality industry. Our training hotel features both Chinese and Western restaurants, guest rooms, banquet hall, three state-of-the-art demo kitchens and bars, all of which meet the highest industry standards. Apart from attending classes, students are also involved in hotel operations. The faculty not only delivers courses but also helps manage the hotel. Based on hospitality industry, the curriculum, from elementary to advanced level, includes service skills, management and hospitality culture.

The 4-year courses reflect hospitality hierarchical structure, providing students with basic managerial skills, which are then applied, enhanced, and finally integrated through authentic professional experience. Two operational and managerial internships are undertaken during the third and sixth semesters respectively to allow students to apply their learning in a professional context. All graduates of BHI will get a graduation certificate, Bachelor Degree in Management and an Academic Certificate co-signed by EHL BHI, which is globally recognized.
