汕頭大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院是國(guó)際著名的企業(yè)家和公益慈善家李嘉誠(chéng)先生捐巨資興辦的汕頭大學(xué)重要組成部分，1996年進(jìn)入"211工程"建設(shè)行列，1998年獲博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)，2001年設(shè)立基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)博士后流動(dòng)站，2002年增設(shè)七年制臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)，病理學(xué)與病理生理學(xué)被批準(zhǔn)為國(guó)家重點(diǎn)學(xué)科，2003年獲廣東省名牌專業(yè)，2006年通過教育部本科教學(xué)工作水平優(yōu)秀評(píng)估和"十五"、"211工程"整體驗(yàn)收。近年來，在李嘉誠(chéng)基金會(huì)的大力支持下，汕頭大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院凝聚了一批海內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀學(xué)者，進(jìn)入了一個(gè)嶄新的發(fā)展階段，在辦學(xué)條件、科教水平和知名度等方面有了快速的發(fā)展與提高。
汕頭大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院設(shè)有基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)、藥學(xué)3個(gè)博士后科研流動(dòng)站，現(xiàn)向社會(huì)公開招聘博士后研究人員。
一、博士后研究人員申請(qǐng)條件及待遇
凡獲得國(guó)內(nèi)外博士學(xué)位者或應(yīng)屆博士畢業(yè)生均可申請(qǐng)。我校給予優(yōu)厚待遇，博士后每年薪酬待遇可達(dá)18萬(wàn)元到20萬(wàn)元（2年）。其中，進(jìn)站人員將獲得年薪14萬(wàn)元與李嘉誠(chéng)人才基金資助4萬(wàn)元，業(yè)績(jī)突出者，年薪可提高到16萬(wàn)元。此外，通過中期和出站考核的博士后，可申請(qǐng)廣東省“揚(yáng)帆計(jì)劃”粵東西北地區(qū)博士后扶持項(xiàng)目，該項(xiàng)目給予博士后每年4萬(wàn)元的科研工作經(jīng)費(fèi)和生活補(bǔ)貼（資助期不超過2年）。
