因山東大學(xué)中美大學(xué)國際科技創(chuàng)新園管理中心工作需要,經(jīng)學(xué)校批準,現(xiàn)面向社會公開招聘3名非事業(yè)編制人員。相關(guān)招聘事宜通知如下:

The Administration Center of Shandong University (SDU) Sino-US University Technology Innovation Park is now openly recruiting 3 staffs. The detailed recruitment requirements areas follow:

I、基本條件Basic Requirements

1、擁護黨和國家的各項方針政策,遵紀守法,愛護學(xué)校公共財產(chǎn),具有較強的責任心、良好的道德品質(zhì)和踏實勤懇的工作態(tài)度,愿為學(xué)校的建設(shè)與發(fā)展服務(wù)。

The applicant must comply with laws and regulations in China; take good care of the university’s properties; demonstrate strong responsibility, good morality and earnest working attitude; and be willing to contribute toSDU’s development.

2、具有愛崗敬業(yè)、吃苦耐勞、團結(jié)協(xié)作精神。

The applicant should demonstrate strong job commitment, hard-working spirit and efficient team work ability.

3、身體健康。

The applicant should maintain suitable physical and health condition for work.

4、具有崗位工作需要應(yīng)具備的學(xué)歷、學(xué)位及相應(yīng)的資格證書(或?qū)I(yè)證書)。

The applicant should have validacademic certificates, diplomas andall qualification certificates (orprofessional certificates) as required.

II、崗位要求Job Requirements

1、具備良好的溝通能力、口頭和筆頭表達能力以及團隊協(xié)作能力。能夠在青島長期工作,并適應(yīng)國內(nèi)和國際出差。

Thepositions require excellent communication skill, oral and written abilities and teamwork capability. The applicant shall be able to work in Qingdao and travel domestically and internationally as required.

2、語言能力:非英語為母語者,要求有流利的英文聽說寫作能力。

Language: Applicants whose native language isnot English are required to have fluent English speaking, listening and writing abilities.

3、學(xué)位要求:2017年7月前獲得碩士或以上學(xué)位。最高學(xué)位從近2年Times或者US News世界大學(xué)綜合排名前200名大學(xué)獲得者優(yōu)先。非英語為母語者,從英語為母語國家獲得學(xué)位者優(yōu)先;英語為母語者,從中國獲得學(xué)位(不含針對外國人的漢語語言教育)者優(yōu)先。

Academic qualification: The applicant shallhave obtained master degree or above by July 2017. Applicants withthehighest degree obtained from top 200 universities worldwide ranked bythe Times or US Newsare preferred. For applicant whose native language is not English, degree obtained from a universityinan English speaking country are preferred. For native English speakers,a degreeobtainedfrom universities in China (excluding degree to teach a foreigner how to teach Chinese language)ispreferred.

4、工作經(jīng)驗:有1年或以上工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。有大學(xué)管理、教學(xué)或科研工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。有在英語為母語的國家或者英語為主要語言的外國公司經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。

Workexperience: More than 1 year of work experience ispreferred. Administration, teaching and scientific research experience inuniversities are preferred.Work experience in English speaking countries or foreign companies using English as major language is preferred.

5、國內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗:非英語為母語者,要求在英語為母語國家工作或?qū)W習(xí)至少3個月,有1整年或以上經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;非中文為母語者,要求在中國工作或?qū)W習(xí)1整年或以上。

Domestic and overseasexperience: Forapplicant whose native language is notEnglish,it is required to have at least 3 months of working or studying experience in English speaking countries; and it is preferred to have such experience for 1 year or longer. Forapplicant whose native language is notChinese, it is required to have at least 1 year of working or studying experience in China.

6、計算機能力:熟練使用辦公軟件(文字處理、電子表格、匯報材料制作)。熟練使用電話會議、視頻會議軟件。

Computing skills: Proficient in Office Suites(word processor, spreadsheet and presentation builder) and tele- and video-conferencing software and apps.

7、活動策劃能力:有過超過200人參加的活動或會議的策劃、組織、實施的經(jīng)驗。

Event planning: It is required to haveplanned, organized and implemented events or conferences with 200 and more attendees.

III、招聘崗位和條件

Job Description

1、崗位類別:管理

Position type: administration

2、崗位職責:國際產(chǎn)學(xué)研相關(guān)的管理工作,包括:國內(nèi)外業(yè)務(wù)拓展、國內(nèi)外資源整合、研發(fā)園管理、產(chǎn)業(yè)園協(xié)調(diào)與管理、政府關(guān)系、企業(yè)關(guān)系、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)及國際產(chǎn)學(xué)研大中型活動組織等。

Job duties: Administrative duties on international and domesticcollaborations between industries, research and development, including: domestic and international business development for the park; coordination of domestic and international resources; administration for the international research park; coordination and management for the international industrial park; maintaining and developing government and enterprises relationship; organizing medium- to large-scale events to promote innovation and entrepreneurship as well ascollaborationswith the industries and investors.

V、考試與聘用Exam and Evaluation

1、考試主要分為筆試和面試兩個部分。

The evaluation consists of written examination and oral interview.

2、根據(jù)報名情況,招聘工作小組根據(jù)崗位要求擇優(yōu)確定筆試人員名單,名單將于山東大學(xué)網(wǎng)首頁“人才招聘”欄中的“非事業(yè)編制人員招聘”欄目以及科學(xué)技術(shù)研究院中公布,并郵件通知,請注意查看。

The recruitment evaluation team willdetermine written exam participantsbased on the evaluation of the applicant’s qualification based on the application requirements. The name list of the candidates will be published on the Shandong University website – Talents Recruitment –Contract-basedEmployee Recruitment and/or website of Department of Science and Technology Management and will also be sent to the candidate’s email. Please follow up closely.

3、應(yīng)聘人員憑身份證、畢業(yè)證等有關(guān)材料原件,現(xiàn)場審核后參加筆試。根據(jù)筆試成績,按照至少1:2的比例確定面試人員名單。

The written exam participants shouldbring the original copy of the personal ID, academic certificates and relevant documents to the examination site for verification purpose. The list of applicants qualified for theinterview will be determined by the scores of the written test and their qualifications. The ratio of the number of oral interview participants to target recruitment number shall be at least 1:2.

4、筆試科目

Subject and weight of written test

(1)語言能力:非英語為母語者:英語(占30%);英語為母語者:英語(占20%)、中文(10%);

Languageproficiency:

For native English speaker: English (20%), Chinese (10%)

Others: English (30%)

(2)計算機基礎(chǔ)知識(占20%);

Basic computer knowledge (20%)

(3)專業(yè)綜合知識(占50%)。

Comprehensive knowledge and skills (50%)

5、根據(jù)筆試、面試的綜合成績,按照擇優(yōu)錄取的原則確定擬聘人員。擬聘人員體檢合格后,在學(xué)校辦公信息和科學(xué)技術(shù)研究院等相關(guān)網(wǎng)站進行公示,公示期限為5個工作日。公示無異議者,一周內(nèi)由中美大學(xué)國際科技創(chuàng)新園管理中心組織擬聘人員到人事部辦理聘用手續(xù)。

The recruitment team will take a comprehensive evaluation of the candidates’overall performance in the written test and interview to determine the offers. When passed the physical examination, the candidates’ names will be published on the website of Department of Science and Technology Management for 5 working days. Without any objection, the Administration Center will, within 1 week, arrange the candidates to go through recruitment procedures.

VI、崗位聘用方式及待遇Terms of Employment

1、招聘的非事業(yè)編制人員實行合同管理。

This recruitment is for contract-based employment.

2、聘用人員工資待遇參考山東大學(xué)事業(yè)編制人員崗位工資和薪級標準,并考慮一定外語水平和專業(yè)技能補貼。學(xué)校按照有關(guān)規(guī)定為其繳納養(yǎng)老保險、醫(yī)療保險、失業(yè)保險、工傷保險、生育保險及住房公積金。本人承擔的部分由學(xué)校代扣代繳。

Salaries of therecruitedemployees will be based on the salarystandard of the public institution employment at Shandong University with additionalpay for foreign language capability and professional skills. The university will provide the recruited employees with retirement insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, insurance forinjury incurred while working, maternity insurances as well as housing fund as required by relevant domestic laws and regulations in China.

VIII、注意事項 Other notes:

1、參加報名人員應(yīng)認真填寫報名材料,如有與實際情況不符,一經(jīng)查實,取消其參加招聘資格。

The applicants shall provide authentic information in the application materials. Should any inconsistency with facts has been verified, the applicant would be disqualified.

2、每次有效報名人數(shù)達不到崗位招聘人數(shù)2倍以上的取消當次的招聘。
