Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities

a. Key Objective of Position

1、Grasp process fluently according to BEP;

2、Managing/supervising/checking all process related items during design/installation based on the requirements of BEP;

3、Support site operation during Commissioning and Start-Up.

九、Production Manager——某知名德資化工企業(yè)(上海)

Principle Accountability

1.Preparation of shut downs together with technical department and responsible for start up of single production units or the whole plant.

2.Set up and updating plant documentation (English and Chinese).

3.Education and training of team leader and operator.

4.Cause studies in case of production problems (chemical/technical); problem-solving proposals. Realization of the proposals in coordination with plant manager. Documentation in related data-bases.

5.Take over responsibilities as 'Project Responsible' or 'Project Manager'.

6.Direct and self-employed reactions in case of unforeseen circumstances.

7.Identifies production irregularities–by himself and in discussion with team leader–and sets up correction-plans.

2.He or she must be able to communicate well in English orally and in written form. Process good basic character of a good leadership and process at least a competency in his or her field of expertise.

3.Has strong compliance oversight in the area of EHS and non EHS areas. Is a good team player and able to work with different level of people. He or she must have a systematic and strategic thinking process.

Roles and responsibilities

1、Responsible for the overall project management for capital projects executed by GCE China. Cover the management of the whole life cycle of the project including project definition, engineering, procurement, construction, precommissioing, handover and also support the startup.

2、In charge of the management of the project safety, schedule, cost and quality.

3、Plan and manage the resources needed for the project.

Required Education Background Knowledge And Working Experience

An extensive knowledge of engineering practices and principles as well as understanding scientific methods of problem solving is desired. This position also requires a working knowledge of QS systems, maintenance systems, purchasing systems, cost analysis, product design methods, interpersonal skills and the ability to integrate all of these skills to a productive cost-effective result.

Principal Accountabilities

1.Guide the development of staff under their supervision to improve their skills and knowledge related to measurement techniques and methodologies.

2.Recommend methods for improving quality of finished product through the use of measurement and data analysis/disposition.

3.Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine gage R&R and capability studies.

4.Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability and minimize cost.

5.Confer with vendors, staff and management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, product specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and project status.

6.Formulate sampling procedures and designs and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.

9.Implement methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and defective or damaged parts, and assess cost and responsibility (as part of incoming inspection and internal data gathering events).

10.Evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to formulate corrective action plans.

11.Interpret component drawings to incorporate into measurement system: thorough understanding of GD&T and datum/origin designation.

12.Maintain outside calibrations.

13.Assist as needed with incoming inspection, returns analysis, and production process trouble shooting via component dimensional verifications.

14.Documentation of quality control efforts and testing, including documenting and addressing NCRs and performing final QC checks prior to shipment.

15.Perform all other duties as assigned.

Preffered Knowledge And Experience

1、Associates degree and formal training in the use of CMM equipment and programming, or equivalent preferred.

2、Min ten years’experience in a metrology and Quality Control leadership role.

3、Strong gaging and metrology skill is required as well as corrective action knowledge with a proven effectiveness.

4、GDT training and experience required.

5、Certification or other documented evidence of training on calibration methodologies.

6、Excellent documentation and communication skills are required.

7、TS16949 Auditor Certification preferred.
