Responsibilities：

1. Complete training program regarding assigned products/markets/customers.

2. In conjunction with higher level professionals or managers, develop product literature, technical literature, long and short term strategic product, sales or marketing plans for assigned customers and potential customers.

3. Gather, assimilate, and analyze market and competitive information.

4. Work with production to communicate product requirements for timely supply of product which is consistent with market demand and divisional inventory control objectives.

5. Provide assistance/information to the supply chain organization which could include; forecasting, inventory management, quality information, product availability, etc.

6. Communicate customer requirements and market needs to internal personnel.

7. Participate on customer calls to promote the use of Bayer products.

Requirements:

1. Master degree in business related, Chemical or Engineering background is plus.

2. Strong sense of business and willingness to pioneer Markets as well as an understanding of basic sales and/or marketing principles

3. Excellent problem-solving skills, planning and organizational skills, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, passion as well as willingness to take on initiative

1. 參加公司的安全、健康和環(huán)保培訓(xùn)。嚴(yán)格遵照公司的安全、健康和環(huán)保規(guī)定進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)。

2. 參與化工裝置的預(yù)調(diào)試、調(diào)試及開停車；正常投產(chǎn)后負(fù)責(zé)化工裝置操作，根據(jù)SOP（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作規(guī)程）將生產(chǎn)工藝參數(shù)控制在規(guī)定的范圍之內(nèi)。

3. 按時(shí)、認(rèn)真進(jìn)行規(guī)定路線的崗位巡檢,并在巡檢過程中能夠及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題。

4. 及時(shí)向值班長(zhǎng)匯報(bào)生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的有關(guān)工藝、設(shè)備或產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量等問題, 并在值班長(zhǎng)的指揮下進(jìn)行處理。

5. 負(fù)責(zé)按時(shí)真實(shí)填寫崗位記錄并完成交接班工作。

職位要求:

1. 中專或大專學(xué)校。

2. 連續(xù)實(shí)習(xí)1年，一周5天。

3. 具備基本電腦操作能力。

4. 具備較高的工廠安全意識(shí)以及優(yōu)秀團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。

5. 有一定的英文閱讀/會(huì)話能力者將優(yōu)先考慮。
