職位描述:

Major Responsibilities:

1. Get familiar with the HR model, the different roles and interfaces

2. Supporting daily business (e.g. Recruiting)

3. Supporting the Business Partner in the daily business

4. Preparation and participation in personal conferences

5. Collaboration and support in different processes, e.g.

- Performance Management

- Short Term Incentive / Merit

- Promotion

- Personnel Development (Moderation of meetings, Supporting 360°-Feedback, Wrap-up 360, attendance OC, Development Dialogue)

6. Collaboration on Process Design and Roll-out of new Processes in the Center of Expertise

7. Work experience in a production site

Capability and Competence:

1. Excellent university or polytechnic degree in the area of economics, social science or law with preferably a major in Human Resources

2. Previous HR experience desirable, e.g. through internships

3. International experience (either through work or study)

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Commitment and flexibility

6. Working independently

7. Result orientation

Major Responsibilities:

1. Checking of employee’s reimbursement voucher in line with F&A policy and compliance policy 2. Support the month end closing for AP issues timely 3. Open item management, such as personal advance, resignation issue, 4. Provide professional & detail answer of F&A policy to the staff that is unclear the reimbursement Procedure 5. Communicate with department/BU to solve the payment issues 6. To support other relevant department on providing necessary accounting information 7. Complete other ad Hoc jobs required by supervisor

Education, Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related

2. Familiar with MS office

3. Familiar with SAP will be a plus

4. Good communication skill and able to cooperate with others.
