Establish Unsecured Loan Specialist (ULS) team

建立個人信用貸款顧問銷售團隊

Lead Sales team to deliver business goal

帶領(lǐng)銷售團隊達成績效目標

Conduct team training, motivation and coaching to improvement sales productivity

以訓(xùn)練激勵及教導(dǎo)強化銷售團隊生產(chǎn)力

Lead and coach team to deliver excellent service and ensure sales quality

領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并教育團隊提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)及確保銷售品質(zhì)

Build risk concept to sales team to cooperate with risk management to maintain satisfied loan quality

建立銷售團隊風(fēng)險觀念并與風(fēng)管單位合作以維護滿意的貸款品質(zhì)

Work with product manager in sales training, process and fulfillment

與產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理合作開發(fā)銷售培訓(xùn)課程、銷售流程和管理規(guī)劃

Ensure that loan advisor sales activities are conducted within the approved compliance and regulatory framework.

嚴格遵守各項銷售管理和內(nèi)控規(guī)定

Qualification

Candidate should exhibit sales coaching skill and management skills

具備業(yè)務(wù)教導(dǎo)能力和管理水平

Candidate should possess excellent service and working attitude, able to perform under pressure, is sales driven and able to motivate and coach effective

服務(wù)熱誠，具有強烈企圖心，勇于挑戰(zhàn)高業(yè)績

Candidate should be strategic in thinking and meticulous and disciplined in execution

具備策略發(fā)展規(guī)劃能力和較強的執(zhí)行力

Possess knowledge of risk management

具備風(fēng)險知識

Work experience: Minimum 2 years of direct sales or 1 year sales management experience in credit card , insurance, personal loan or related finance products

具有兩年以上信用卡、保險、個人貸款等金融相關(guān)領(lǐng)域銷售經(jīng)驗或一年銷售管理經(jīng)驗者尤佳
