職位描述 PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·To Identify the basic needs of customers and sell protection insurance products upon CRM & PB’s referral in Branches

·To maintain and manage good relationship with customers and ensure customers have a consistent, superior Citibanking experience through deliveringHighest level of service

·To be ableTo package products into wealth management plan

·Provide good after-sales serviceTo customers

·To strictly abide by the requirements of compliance & internal control on sales activities

·維護和發(fā)展良好的客維護和發(fā)展良好的客戶關(guān)系, 持續(xù)為客戶提供高品質(zhì)的財務(wù)安全規(guī)劃和服務(wù)

·具備產(chǎn)品包裝和設(shè)計財富管理計劃的能力

·為客戶提供良好的售后服務(wù)

·嚴格遵守各項銷售管理和內(nèi)控規(guī)定

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS)

·High Integrity

·Candidate should exihibit good communication, excellent sales skills, have excellent service and working attitude andHighly self-driven.

·Sound knowledge of insurance laws and insurance products

·Good Knowledge of financial market and financial products

·Work experience: with minimum 1 years’ sales experience in bancassurance or group channels in life insurance or related sales in other lines

·熟悉國內(nèi)保險法規(guī)、產(chǎn)品

財務(wù)安全規(guī)劃師隸屬于花旗銀行總行的銀行保險部，主要工作職責是負責各支行現(xiàn)有客戶的財務(wù)安全，退休養(yǎng)老以及子女教育的需求分析和資產(chǎn)的整體配置建議與銷售，在保險理賠，高端客戶營銷，財富家族管理方面等方面為客戶提供專業(yè)的建議和服務(wù)；同時協(xié)助組織支行的培訓，市場活動等,凡具備保險公司保險代理人銷售經(jīng)驗或者保險公司銀保渠道負責人及培訓工作經(jīng)驗的將優(yōu)先考慮。
