◆高通量DNA測序 (2nd generation sequencing)

◆ 蛋白純化系統(tǒng)技術 (Biacore, ITC, CD)

◆ 生物大分子晶體衍射儀與結(jié)構生物學技術(Rigaku Micromax-007, crystallization techniques)

◆ Patch-clamp和電生理學技術

◆ 細胞培養(yǎng)和分析技術 (Flow cytometry, Fluorometer)

◆ 電子顯微鏡技術 (TEM, SEM)

◆ 熒光顯微鏡技術 (Confocal laser scanning microscopy, FRET, FLIM, Super high resolution microscopy)

◆ 活細胞成像技術 (Spinning disk microscopy, live cell imaging microscopy)

◆ 放射同位素技術 (Radioisotope usage and management)

對于實踐經(jīng)驗豐富的申請者,可聘為高級工程師， 參與生命科學中心技術平臺的相關技術的進一步發(fā)展和人員指導。

Technologists (Engineers), Life Science Centre, SUSTC

South University of Science and Technology of China (SUSTC) is fast becoming one of the leading Universities in China. With an ambitious goal to build a first-class, research intensive Biology program, we are recruiting well-trained, dynamic and talented PhD level graduates to join our Life Science Centre as Technologists (Engineers) in the following technology areas:

◆ High throughput DNA sequencing (2nd generation sequencing)

◆ Protein purification system technologies (Biacore, ITC, CD)

◆ X-ray crystallography technologies for structural biology (Rigaku Micromax-007, crystallization techniques)

◆ Patch-clamp and electrophysiology technologies

◆ Cell culture and analysis technologies (Flow cytometry, Fluorometer)

◆ Electron microscopy technologies (TEM, SEM)

◆ Fluorescence microscopy technologies (Confocal laser scanning microscopy, FRET, FLIM, Super high resolution microscopy)

For those applicants with exceptional experience and training, opportunities exist to be hired as a Senior Technologist (Senior Engineer) to lead the development of related technologies and supervise junior technologists.

Requirements:

◆ A graduate with PhD degree in related technologies from a recognized university

◆ A strong research background/experience in the related technologies

◆ Extensive experience with maintenance of the respective technology-related facilities and equipments

◆ Highly self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies

◆ A team player, flexible, meticulous and capable of working within a multi-user, multi-disciplinary environment
