(1)高研院院長秘書
職務描述:負責高研院院長杜維明先生的“學術交流與文稿編輯”等相關事務。主要有:
1,輔助院長處理日常海內外往來郵件。2,安排院長學術交流的行程、聯(lián)絡與資料保存。3,處理院長講座、學術會議等的組織與聯(lián)系。4,輔助編輯院長的文章、講稿、影像資料等,5輔助院長的教學事務。6,與行政助理協(xié)調學術活動所需要的后勤支持。

Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting Director Tu Weiming with academic activities and manuscripts edit.
Check and reply director’s daily mails and emails.
Manage director’s academic activities schedule, contacts and documents.
Organize academic conferences and lecturers.
Edit director’s papers, scripts and video materials.
Support director’s classes and teaching.
Coordinate with administrative assistant and offer support upon demand.

長處理行政報表、審批材料等事務。2,輔助院長舉辦院務會議等。3,提供高研院學術交流時的各種后勤事務。4,提供講座、學術會議等需要的食宿等支持。5,輔助高研院出版、教學等過程中的行政事務。6,負責高研院固定資產的采購與管理。7,匯總高研院的檔案與資料數(shù)據。

Assist in holding administrative meetings.
Offer support for IAHS’s academic activities.

Deal with administrative matters of IAHS’s publishing and teaching.
Purchase and manage IAHS’s capital assets.
