Alibaba, China’s biggest e-commerce company, is building apartments to sell to its employees at a discount of about 40 percent, the paper.cn reports on Friday.

周五，中國(guó)最大電商公司阿里巴巴為員工蓋“福利房”，為員工打六折出售。

These 380 apartments, ranging from 87 square meters to 118 square meters, are located in Hangzhou, where the company is headquartered. Construction is expected to be finished in 2018.

房子共有380套，面積87平米到118平米不等，坐落于阿里巴巴總部杭州市。房子建設(shè)將于2018年完畢。

Eligible employees will draw lots for the chance to buy the houses. In order to be eligible, they must have worked at the company for at least three years and be in P8 (expert) or M3 (senior manager) positions or lower. Those without apartments in Hangzhou also receive preference.

符合條件的員工將獲得購(gòu)買(mǎi)房子的抽簽機(jī)會(huì)。為了有資格，他們必須在公司工作至少三年，職位在P8(專(zhuān)家)和M3(高級(jí)經(jīng)理)級(jí)別或較低職位。那些在杭州沒(méi)有房子的人也有優(yōu)先機(jī)會(huì)。

These apartments will be sold for about 10,000 yuan per square meter, whereas other properties in the area are priced between 17,000 and 20,000 yuan per square meter.

這些房子將會(huì)以每平米1萬(wàn)元出售給阿里巴巴員工，然而這個(gè)地區(qū)的房子市場(chǎng)價(jià)格為17000到20000元。

Alibaba is not the first Chinese company to contribute to staff housing. Evergrande Real East Group provides free apartments to its newly recruited staff. Hengda Group also provides apartments for its employees to live in free of charge, and gives employees discounts after a certain number of years if they decide to purchase their company housing. Huawei also guarantees affordable housing for its staff near the Shenzhen factory and headquarters.

阿里巴巴不是中國(guó)第一家為員工提供福利房子的公司。恒大地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)為其新入職的員工提供免費(fèi)住房。恒大集團(tuán)也為其員工提供免費(fèi)住房，如果員工在公司工作幾年后決定購(gòu)買(mǎi)公司的房子，也將會(huì)享受優(yōu)惠。華為集團(tuán)也為其深圳工廠部和總部員工提供經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房。
