崗位職責(zé) | Founded in 1985, Peking University Guanghua School of Management is one of the top business schools in Asia , and its Executive Education is looking for high-potential client manager to implement its globalization strategy. This unique position will enable the applicants to work under the direct supervision of world-class faculty and to build a top global executive education division in a university-based business school, for the 1st time, in China,Job Responsibilities1. Identify and contact new clients;2. Maintain positive relationship with key accounts and potential key accounts;3. Achieve the sales target of open programs by means of well-planned and prepared company visits and/or other ways of contacts;4. Attend and follow up various event organized by EE and the school;5. Keep up-to-date CRM database by constant information collection;6. Ensure completion of sales target through effective coordination efforts and team work;7. To provide teaching assistances to the faculty and organize logistic arrangements for the participants before, during and after the programs to make sure they run smoothly; 8. Manage various programs based on the working procedure;9. Manage the internal and external vendors to make sure the quality of the services is met;10. Database maintenance including participant profile, attendance records, teaching materials organization etc.; 11. Deliver program information to the clients in a professional way and transfer sales leads to actual clients;12. Provide supports to account and CSP team in order to follow up and generate new clients |
應(yīng)聘條件 | 1.Bachelor degree or above;2.At least 3 years working experience, sales management background preferred;3.Passionate about executive education, and willing to work in an intellectual environment;4.Strong leadership, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills; excellent organization and presentation skills; professional selling and coaching skills; and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;5.Self-motivated and result-oriented person with business ethics;6.Be able to work under pressure and time constrains; 7.Good team work spirit; Mature, be confident in handling with complexity;Willing to travel;8. Proficient in both oral and written English;9. Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel and Access), hands-on CRM knowledge is a plus. |
