文法上兩句都對，但第二句較常用和簡潔。
Registration 是死物，本身不可以自動開始，所以用被動式來顯示為他人所啟動也合理。但英文里面有些動詞雖然以主動形式出現(xiàn)，卻帶有他動的意思。部分煮食的動詞就有這個特征。下面三句都可以用來描述廚師在煎魚這個場景：
The cook is frying the fish.
The fish is being fried.
The fish is frying.
同樣，啟動、完結(jié)、打開、關(guān)閉等字眼，都可以這樣使用。
The school will close for Chinese New Year.
This window opens inwards.
The project concluded to everybody's relief.
當(dāng)然，這些句子也可以寫成被動式，但沒有主動句那么簡潔。
